Bergamot is one of the brightest and most loved of the citrus oils, cold pressed from the peel of the fruit grown in southern Italy. Its fresh, sweet aroma carries a soft floral edge that sets it apart from sharper citrus oils.
Always dilute in a carrier oil before applying to the skin. As a citrus oil, bergamot is photosensitive, so keep treated skin out of direct sunlight.
